Marketing Coordinator – Remote

Job Summary:
We are seeking an entry-level Marketing Coordinator to join our dynamic team. As a Marketing Coordinator, you will be responsible for creating and editing content, managing social media channels, and coordinating various marketing campaigns. Key Responsibilities:
– Execute content calendar and manage all content, including live digital events
– Edit and publish podcast episodes and videos
– Coordinate new campaign requests and follow the workflow process for reviews and approvals
– Create and maintain our social media presence
– Utilize project management software to track project status
– Attend meetings with the Marketing Associate/Team
– Implement and manage online community for clients
– Perform other work-related duties as assigned

Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in marketing or communications preferred
– Knowledge or experience in accounting or professional services marketing industry (preferred, but not required)
– 2+ years of related job experience strongly preferred
– Exceptional project management and communication skills
– Excellent writing skills and proficiency in writing copy for marketing promotions
– Demonstrated experience with social media platforms (HootSuite, LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, Twitter)
– Consistent ability to meet deadlines
