Customer Relations Agent

In the role of Customer Relations Agent, you’ll be at the forefront of building and maintaining strong customer relationships. Through personalized chat interactions, you will address concerns, offer solutions, and go above and beyond to demonstrate our commitment to customer satisfaction.

Your work will involve closely monitoring customer feedback, identifying patterns, and working with the team to proactively address potential issues. This role is suited for empathetic, solution-oriented individuals who excel in communication and are driven by the desire to make a positive impact on every customer’s experience.

What you will be doing:  As a social media chat agent you will be paid to reply to live chat messages on a business’s website or social media accounts. This includes answering customer questions, providing sales links, and offering discounts.

Skills/background needed: These are entry-level social media jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid social media work before.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries on social media channels
  • Resolve consumer questions, provide support, and address product reviews
  • Utilize internal platforms and resources for effective customer service
  • Follow established protocols and guidelines
  • Maintain high-performance standards

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
