Customer Service Representative - Social Media

As an Entry-Level Remote Social Media and Customer Services Specialist, you’ll embark on an exciting journey. Your responsibilities will include:

• Provide top-notch technical services support to prospective customers and other stakeholders through various channels, including chat, and emails.
• Collaborate on resolving customer complaints and issues diplomatically, adhering to established guidelines.
• Coordinate technical support requests, working closely with sales and field representatives.
• Act as a brand ambassador, enhancing our social media presence and engaging with customers across various platforms and forums.

Description: We’re looking for ordinary folk to help online companies promote their businesses through social media using their phone or tablet (both Android and IOS). You don’t need to know anything about social media advertising, as this is an entry-level position and full training is provided. 

Rate: $35 an hour 

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Skills/background needed: These are beginner-level social media jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid social media work before.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
