Job Title: Remote Social Media Coordinator
REPORTS TO: Marketing Associate
WAGE/HOUR STATUS: Non-Exempt
SALARY RANGE: $18 – $22/hr

We are seeking a creative and innovative Social Media Coordinator to help us build brand awareness and elevate our online presence. As a member of our digital marketing team, you will play a crucial role in developing our social media strategy, creating engaging content, identifying digital media opportunities, and analyzing web traffic and engagement. This remote position offers flexibility and can be based anywhere in the continental US.
Responsibilities:
– Manage social media workflow and ensure deadlines are met
– Plan and prioritize a high volume of requests and follow through in a timely manner
– Research and suggest original content based on trends
– Monitor post replies and engage with our audience
– Assist in tracking and reporting on key performance indicators
– Troubleshoot and resolve any media problems
– Deliver monthly reports and recommend improvements
– Create a digital strategy aligned with our marketing goals
– Identify new media opportunities and connect with influencers
– Run social media accounts across various platforms
Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Journalism, or related field
– Minimum 2 years of relevant work experience
– Experience and knowledge in the non-profit space preferred
– Strong written and verbal communication skills
– Confident, high energy, self-motivated, and a team player
– Ability to excel in a fast-paced environment
– Expertise in current trends on social media platforms
– Experience in social media strategy or related position

Description: We?re looking for ordinary folk to help online companies promote their businesses through social media using their phone or tablet (both Android and IOS). You don?t need to know anything about social media advertising, as this is an entry-level position and full training is provided.
