We are looking for Social Media Customer Care Agent, to professionally respond to and resolve customer inquiries across different social media platforms, such as Facebook, Twitter, Instagram, YouTube, and more. Your responsibilities will include addressing pre-purchase inquiries, handing social media profiles, offering product information, and handling complaints.
What you will be doing: As a social media agent, you will be paid for assisting businesses with simple tasks related to their social media accounts. This includes uploading photos and videos to Facebook, sending out updates on Twitter, replying to comments on Facebook, etc.
Skills/background needed: These are entry level social media jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid social media work before.
Your Responsibilities:
Rate: $25 – $35 per hour
Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.
Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
