Social Media Specialist - Remote / Beginner Level

What you will be doing:  As a social media specialist, you will be paid for assisting businesses with simple tasks related to their social media accounts. This includes uploading photos and videos to Facebook, sending out updates on Twitter, replying to comments on Facebook, etc.

Skills/background needed: These are entry level social media jobs, so full training is provided, and you do not need to have done any paid social media work before.

Your Responsibilities:

  • Create content and post on different social media platforms.
  • Assist in resolving customer complaints, investigating problems, and recommending solutions to management.
  • Identify current and future customer requirements by establishing rapport with potential and existing customers to understand their service needs.
  • Harness the power of social media platforms to generate revenue.
 

Rate: $25 – $35 per hour

Requirements: You need to have access to a laptop, phone, or tablet and have a reliable internet connection. You also need to have at least basic English writing skills.

Location: Remote work online (United States preferred).
